Training seminar “Life is my choice”

On October 30, 2025, EAGI hosted a training seminar on the topic: “Life is my choice: a new look at goals and values.”

The event was conducted by Candidate of Psychological Sciences N.D. Unarbekova  and Master of Pedagogical Sciences N.Zh. Bolatbekova. The aim of the training seminar was to increase interest in life, form personal values and goals, and develop a motivational approach to understanding the meaning of life.

During the training, participants performed interactive exercises and shared their thoughts on vital values and goals. At the end, students completed reflective tasks, discussed the topic of self-awareness, and presented their own vision of the future.
