Профилактика аутодеструктивного поведения

On January 15, 2026, a seminar entitled “Prevention of Self-Destructive Behavior” was held at the A. K. Kussainov Eurasian Humanities Institute. The event was organized by the Department of Prevention and Social-Psychological Assistance of the Municipal State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management “City Polyclinic No. 3” of the Akimat of Astana.
During the seminar, students were introduced to the concept of self-destructive behavior, its main types, forms, and consequences. They also learned about opportunities for receiving psychological support and the services provided by the specialists of the polyclinic.
The seminar contributed to enhancing students’ psychological competence, developing skills in recognizing negative emotional states, and forming strategies for coping with them. At the conclusion of the event, participants received individual consultations from a psychologist on issues of interest.
