On February 12, 2026, the 19th City Scientific and Practical Conference on “Emotional Intelligence and Professional Success of Teachers: Mechanisms of Formation in Kindergartens and Educational Institutions” was held at the Astana Halykaralyk University Higher Pedagogical College.
During the plenary session of the conference, Akzharkyn Badel, Docent of the Department of Pedagogy and History, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, gave a presentation on “Mechanisms for developing emotional intelligence in teachers in preschool education organizations: theory and practice.” In her presentation, she demonstrated the importance of applying emotional intelligence in the professional activities of preschool educators, including the use of artificial intelligence.
