On February 16, 2026, Docents of the Department of Pedagogy and History A.T. Ayazbayeva, N.Zh. Bolatbekova, and senior lecturer M.A. Baytanayeva took part in a seminar held at Maqsut Narikbayev University as part of the AI-Sana program with the participation of an international expert.
The speaker at the seminar was Professor Yoo-Taek Lee, an international expert in the field of operations management and the first dean of the J.W.K. Kim Woosong University College of Future Studies (Republic of Korea).
The theme of the seminar was “The Importance of Operations in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Processes, Value Chain, and Business.”
The event examined the role of operations management in the implementation of artificial intelligence, areas in which AI generates real added value, typical mistakes made by companies, and approaches to transforming industry problems into AI projects.
