On February 26, 2026, the Department of Economical and Mathematical disciplines of the EAGI organized a guest lecture for students of the «Finance» educational program.
The lecture was given by Zhanar Kenzhebaevna Akpanova, head of the BWM Business School, entrepreneur, and startup mentor. The topic of the presentation was “Launching a Startup: From Idea to MVP Through a Business Incubation Program.”
During the lecture, students received detailed information about methods for quickly validating business ideas, creating simple MVP prototypes, and the real opportunities offered by incubation programs such as Astana Hub, BWM, and other accelerators. During the Q&A session, Zhanar Kenzhebaevna gave practical recommendations on students’ individual business ideas, shared her personal entrepreneurial experience, and discussed effective tools for launching projects.
The guest lecture was a useful, motivational, and practice-oriented meeting for students interested in entrepreneurship, the startup ecosystem, and the implementation of their own projects.
