We are learning to be a team

Conducting social-psychological trainings at our Institute became a long-term tradition. The new academic year is not the exclusion. In October there started trainings on the adaptation towards new conditions for the students of the first course. The trainings are held by the trainers-volunteers of the group ПП-14-01under the general leadership of the Psychological centre of EAGI, DPs.Sc., Professor T.A. Abdrashitova and the manager on the formation of the corporative culture of the first-year students and the student of the group ПП-14-01 N. Muhantayeva.

The training on uniting the group was organized for the purpose to form the effective team interaction and strengthening of the team spirit. It is worth saying that uniting is a real opportunity for each student to become a single whole for achieving concrete goals and tasks.
