Graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in 1999, specializing in “Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary School”. She began her teaching career in 2004 at the Eurasian Humanities Institute as a senior lecturer. In 2011, she was awarded the title of associate professor, then professor. Nyghymanova N.T. is the author of more than 60 scientific publications on the problems of higher education, primary school pedagogy, history of pedagogy and ethnopedagogy. Since 2021 she had been the Head of the Department of Pedagogy at the A. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute. Under the leadership of Nyghymanova N.T., educational programs are constantly being improved, international relations with universities in Turkey, Uzbekistan, Russia, etc. have been established, and the ties with employers are being strengthened.
Currently, she is the acting rector of the Eurasian Humanities Institute named after A.K. Kussayinov.
N.T. Nyghymanova defines the priority areas for the development of the Institute and its long-term strategy, ensures high quality of education and scientific activities, the introduction of innovations and support for scientific projects, the development of international cooperation and promotion of the Institute’s image, rational distribution of resources, and the creation of a comfortable learning environment.
For fruitful scientific and pedagogical work in training highly qualified personnel, N.T. Nyghymanova was awarded the Algys Khat of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the A. Baitursynov medal of the Association of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

She graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Tselinograd State Pedagogical Institute named after S. Seifullin. She completed her scientific school at the Moscow State Institute of Foreign Languages named after M. Thorez. She began her teaching career at Akmola University as a senior lecturer, Associate Professor, the Head of the translation department. From 1995 to 2000 she was the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Eurasian University named after L.N. Gumilyov. Zagatova S.B. is the author of more than 100 scientific publications on the problems of Romance philology, linguodidactics, theory and practice of translation. She is the Winner of the state grant “Best University Teacher”.
From 2001 to the present, she has been working at the A.K. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute as: Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages, Dean, Director of the department of academic affairs and accreditation, Vice-Rector for academic work and strategic development.
Zagatova S.B. coordinates academic activities, modernization and improvement of educational programs, development and implementation of the long-term development strategy of the Institute, supervises the procedures for licensing of the educational programs, institutional and educational accreditation of the Institute.
For fruitful scientific and pedagogical work, Zagatova S.B. was awarded the badges of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Excellent Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Y. Altynsarin”, “Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the jubilee medal “10 years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan” and the gold medal named after A. Baitursynov of the Association of Higher Education Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since February 2002 he has been Vice-Rector of the Institute for Social and Economic Affairs. Ospanov S.S. is responsible for managing the financial and material resources of the Institute, planning and controlling the budget, monitoring economic activities, safety and labor protection, providing socio-economic support for students and staff, organizing student accommodation in the dormitory, as well as developing infrastructure and solving everyday issues of the Institute.С февраля 2002 г. – проректор института по социально-экономическим вопросам.
