About testing EF SET

The students of the Department of foreign languages are interested in continuous development of their language abilities, and the resources of their knowledge. For personal realization of successful and demanded specialist at the market of labor it is necessary to improve constantly. Thus, under the guidance of the senior teacher , Master of Pedagogical Science of the Department of foreign languages Sarsenova Anar Madibekovna the students of senior courses went through testing EFSET. The students of groups: ИЯС-18-01, ПД-17-01, ИЯ-17-01, ИЯ-18-01, ИЯК-17-02: A. Alisherova, A. Sarkytov, A. Shahmanova, .Krahmal, A. Zhanbursiova, A. Ismagambetova, A. Abilova, A. Bazarhan,, D. Pugachova, Zh.Babisheva, D.Zhakiya, A. Toleugazinova, A.Imambekova, Sh. Balghimbayeva, P. Abihanova,, R. Almabay took part in testing.

Test «EF SET» turned to be interesting and exponential. It consisted of two stages: reading and listening followed by the questions. Each type of speech activity took 25minutes. The test was assessed on the 100-point scale. The level of mastering a foreign language depends on the number of the deserved points. The material, questions and the site interface evoked the students’ big interest. The results of testing showed quite a high level (C1, C2) of mastering the English language by the students of graduating courses of the Department of foreign languages.
