The works of young scientists are published abroad

The article of the senior teacher of the Department of the Kazakh and Russian philology the Master of Science G.S. Rainbekova under the title “Role of Biys in Historical Consciousness of the Kazakh Society” was published in the journal with impact-factor. The journal has been edited in India since 1999. The scientists from all countries of the world publish their articles in this journal.
