INDONESIAN STUDENTS BEGAN THEIR STUDIES AT EAGI

On September 1, 2025, a meeting was held between students and a curator from Indonesia and the leadership and founders of the Eurasian Humanities Institute named after A.K. Kussainov.

The delegation included Fika Megawati — PhD, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of English Language Teaching at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo (Indonesia), as well as second-year students Nur Khalifah, Felicia Shabrina Kristaningrum, and Arum Tyas Pramesti.

For the first time, Indonesian students met with the Chair of the Board of Founders of the Institute, R.U. Beisenova, as well as with the Rector of EAGI, N.T. Nyhymanova. Symbolically, this event took place on the Day of Knowledge, at the beginning of the new academic year.

During the meeting, the guests learned about the history of the Institute, its traditions, and its key achievements over 30 years of development. The leadership presented the strategic directions of the university’s activities, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation and academic mobility.

The founders of the Institute expressed their readiness to support joint initiatives and projects, and wished the international students success in their studies, smooth adaptation, and new personal achievements.

The warm and inspiring atmosphere of the meeting laid a solid foundation for further fruitful cooperation between the Eurasian Humanities Institute named after A.K. Kussainov and Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo.
