The prize place in the “Cheerful starts”

Besides the study the students of EAGI pay much attention to sports, so on Sunday our students participated in the sports competition “Cheerful starts” and won one of the prizes.

On 6 February, there was the sports competition in the Agrotechnical University named after Saken Seifullin with the participation of the teams from the universities of Astana city: KazATU, KazNUI, Turan, L.N. Gumilyov ENU, MUA, KazUTB, EAGI.

The draw selected the first teams of the universities: Turan, KazATU, KazUTB and MUA. In the first stage of the game KazATU was the leading team.

The team of our Institute competed in the second stage, with the teams of ENU and KazNUI.

The finalists were the team of ENU and KazATU, but as the team of EAGI and Turan proved to be equivalent and both claimed the 3rd place, the jury decided to make an extra contest between the two teams. In the end, the team of EAGI made it to the final!

The competition results: 1) ENU; 2) KazATU; 3) EAGI. The winners were awarded the valuable gifts and the diplomas. The team appreciated their fans, who, despite the day off and their other concerns, came to support them. Unity is the indestructible force!
