The meeting devoted to the Day of Knowledge held in EAGI

Today on 1 September 2016 in the Eurasian Humanities Institute there has been held a meeting devoted to the Day of Knowledge. The Rector of the Institute, Academician Ku7ssayinov A.K. made a speech and congratulated everybody on the beginning of a new academic year. He marked that the year was full of significant for Kazakhstan events: the 25-th anniversary of Independence of our country, the 25-th anniversary of closing the Semipalatinsky nuclear polygon , the victory of the Kazakhstani sportsmen at the XXXI-st Summer Olympic Games of 2016 in Rio de Janeiro. The Rector informed the students about the Decision of the Academic Council on the appointment of personal grants of the President of RK for the 2016-2017 academic year, about the results of the competitions of the 2015-2016 academic year, about the results on awarding the educational grant of the Rector and also about the results of the competitions of the 2015-2016 academic year: “The Best curator”, “The Best student” and “The Best Chairperson of the CYA of the Department”.
