Development of academic mobility as one of the principles of the Bologna Declaration is defined by one of the object indicators.

Academic mobility in the Eurasian Humanities Institute is based on the following normative documents:
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On education» № 319-III LRK July 27, 2007 (with alterations and additions on state for 13.02.2012);
- Rules of the organization of educational process on credit technology of training (order of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 20.04.2011 №152);
- Rules of the organization of educational process on credit technology of training (order of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 02.06.2014 №198);
- State obligatory standard of higher education (approved by the Government Resolution of the Republic of Kazakhstan from August 23, 2012 №1080);
- Letter of Instruction of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the organization of academic mobility of students” (from 21.06.2011 №03-3/1047);
- Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (from November 19, 2008 №613) “On approval of the Rules of destinations for studying abroad, including in the framework of academic mobility” (with alterations on state for 31.03.2015).
Academic mobility of students, teachers and staff contributes to improving the quality of higher and postgraduate education, increasing the efficiency of scientific research, improving the management system, establishing of internal and external integration relations, performing of the mission of the Eurasian Humanities Institute.
Academic mobility of students is one of the priorities direct of activity of the Institute, it contributes to improving the quality of education, increasing the efficiency of scientific research, establishing of internal and external integration relations, performing of the mission of the Institute.
There are external (international) and internal (national) academic mobility:
External academic mobility means training students in foreign universities, the work of teachers and researchers in foreign educational or research institutions.
Internal academic mobility means training students, the work of teachers and researchers and employees in leading Kazakh universities.
