The students of the 1-st course of the Department of foreign languages discussed the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev “The third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness”

On 10 February 2017 in the conference-hall of the Eurasian Humanities Institute the students of the Department of foreign languages of the groups:  ИЯ 16-02, ИЯ 16-01, ПД 16-01, ПД16-02 together with the curators – M.E.Sc. Temirgaliyeva G.K., the senior teacher Dyachenko O.V. discussed the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev: “The third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness” of 31 January 2017. In their reports the students marked that for the first time the Head of the state addressed the people of Kazakhstan in written form. In his Message N.A. Nazarbayev pointed to the need of creating a new model of the economic growth calling the forthcoming changes the third modernization. Among the priorities the President pointed out the struggle against corruption and extremism, stimulating business and reduction of the role of the state in economy, the speedy technological innovation of economy, improvement of the labor productivity and the quality of education, diversification of export.   The curators also marked the key issues for citizens in the Message – health care, social provision, housing problems, education and stage transition to the three-language education. The Message is a kind of a bridge for implementing the strategic plan “Strategy 2030” and the National plan “100 concrete steps”. The students and curators unilaterally expressed their opinion that the Message of the President will become a new impulse for the purposeful implementation of the planned goals.
