15 February is the Day of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan. Akimat of Astana city held the event devoted to the memory of the soldiers – Afghans. The students and the administration of the Eurasian Humanities Institute laid flowers at the monument to the soldiers – internationalists.
