Debate Tournament on the Theme: “The Youth is against Corruption”

On 10-11-th March 2020 the anti-corruption student club «Саналы Ұрпақ» and the social club «Zhas Qanat» of the Eurasian Humanities Institute together with the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the anti- corruption in Nur-Sultan-city conducted the debate tournament on the theme “The Youth is against Corruption”. C.P.Sc., Professor Ospanova Ya.N. and the Chairperson of the CYA Tyrnyhan N.T. and the leader of the anti-corruption student club «Саналы Ұрпақ» Karim I. had a greeting word. In the course of the debates there were discussed ideas and mechanisms of struggling against corruption, in particular, the ways of improving the legislation concerning this problem.

The winners of the debate tournament became the participants of the team “Children of the Aphenes”: Aituganov Temirlan (group ПМНОК-18-01) and Orazalin Azat(group ПД-19-01). On the results of the tournament the 2-nd place was won by the team «Top of the Top» including Adilhanova Amira (group ЮР-18-01) and Madiyarova Aldiyara (group ЮР-18-02). Musalim Yanirbergen (group ЮРТ-19-01) was declared as the best speaker of the debate tournament. Aktayev Zhandos (group ЮК-17- 01) became the winner in the nomination “The Best Judge”. All the participants of the tournament were awarded with Grateful Letters of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the anti-corruption in Nur-Sultan city.
