Description of the elements of the Eurasian Humanities Institute Own Diploma

The Eurasian Humanities Institute own Diploma form is filled in three languages (state, Russian and English) and contains the following elements:

• Name and logo of the Institute (Eurasian Humanities Institute)
• Surname, first name, patronymic name(if available) of the graduate;
• Code and name of the educational program (specialty);
• Awarded degree of a bachelor;
• Date and number of the protocol of the meeting of the attestation commission on awarding the degree of a bachelor;
• Form of study(full-time, part-time, full-time with distance educational technologies);
• Signature of the Institute rector;
• Serial registration number;
• Date and place ((town) of issue;
• Institute stamp;
• In the right upper corner the logo and name of the accreditation agency on the institutional accreditation are located;
• In the left upper corner the QR code, identification of the data, is located.
