Discussion of the Message of the Head of the state N.A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan by the teaching staff of the Department of foreign languages of EAGI

On 3 February 2017 the teaching staff of the Department of foreign languages discussed the Message of the Head of the state N.A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan: “The third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness”.

In her report MSc., the senior teacher Temirgaliyeva G.K. marked that the current Message of the Head of the state  N.A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan: “The third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness” is a strategic programme of the further development of the country’s economy in the conditions of global competitiveness. “Our President as the most experienced leader of the state foreseeing the challenges of the present time sets a task of priority technological modernization on the basis of a new model of economic growth. Only such approach in modern conditions will provide Kazakhstan’s joining 30 developed countries by 2050”.

The senior teacher Rybakova M.N. said that in the main document of the year a special attention was paid to the innovations in industry and agro-industrial complex, increasing the potential of the national science, development of small and middle business as the major instrument of the social modernization of the country. She also added that for providing the macro-economic stability further development of the fund market is necessary.

The senior teacher Dyachenko O.V paid attention to the part of the message where it is said about the social sphere of the society – the education which will become the central chain of a new model of the economic growth, formation of IT-knowledge, finance literacy and bringing up of the youth patriotism.

The senior teacher Doldinova S.A. spoke about the poly-lingual education and the sector of health where the President of our state delegated to introduce the system of compulsory social medical insurance based on the responsibility of the state, employers and citizens.

In his Message the Head of the State determines the state policy of our country for the forthcoming period and reflects the urgent demands of our society concerning every citizen. Today again the teaching staff of the Department of foreign languages  were convinced in the consistency of the course of the development of Kazakhstan chosen by the  President and the Government.
