Discussion of the Message of the President of RK N.A. Nazarbayev to the People of Kazakhstan “Growth of the Welfare of the Kazakhstani People: Revenue and Life Quality Increase”

On 8 October 2018 in the Eurasian Humanities Institute there was held a wide meeting of the Rector’s Office with the participation of the Heads of Departments. the teaching staff, employees and the student representatives devoted to the discussion of the Message of the President of RK N.A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan “Growth of the Welfare of the Kazakhstani People: Revenue and Life Quality Increase ”. In his speech the Rector of the Institute, Academician A.K. Kussayinov marked that the new message of the President to the people of Kazakhstan became exclusive in its significance answering the main and urgent problems of the people and the country.

Further A.K. Kussayinov commented on the basic statements of the Message of the President N.A. Nazarbayev “Growth of the Welfare of the Kazakhstani People: Revenue and Life Quality Increase”. It was said that Kazakhstan became the first state among the CIS countries and Central Asia which was selected by the world community for holding the international exhibition “EXPO -2017”. Having created the contemporary progressive state with the dynamically developing economy, we provided peace and public consent.

At the same time President N.A. Nazarbayev said that lately the processes of the world political and economical transformation have been strengthening. Today the global and local problems are intertwining. In these conditions the answer to the challenges and guarantee of successfulness of the state is the development of the main richness, i.e. a man.

The Government, each leader of the state body, state company must change the approaches to the work. The growth of the welfare of the Kazakhstani people must become the main priority.

The idea about the increase of the number of the grants is also emphasized in the Message. And now is the time of strengthening the responsibility. The main criterion of the successful assessment of the higher educational establishment is employment of the graduates on the completion of their studies, their getting highly-paid jobs. It is necessary to pursue the policy for widening the higher educational institutions.

Mamadil, the Dean of EAGI, B.S. Sarsekeyev, the Head of the Department of Pedagogy, B.B. Mazhitova, Deputy Head of the Department of economical and mathematical disciplines, N.T. Tyrnahan, Chairperson of the CYA, A. Domesinova, a student of the 4th course of the specialty: “History”, the member of the Academic Council of the Institute – all of them supported the course for realizing the tasks set by the President.
