EAGI celebrates the Day of the First President and the 25-th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On 30 November 2016 the Eurasian Humanities Institute conducted the grand event dedicated to the Day of the First President of Kazakhstan and the 25-th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The speech of welcome was made by K.A. Akhmetov, Prorector on educational and scientific work, Doctor of Historical Science, Professor. In his speech the Prorector marked that the Day of the First President and the Day of Independence of Kazakhstan are considered the symbol of power of our state by right. From the moment of gaining independence our country continued the great history of Kazakhstan by new achievements and successful reconstruction not only in the social-economic sphere but also in science and education.

In the course of the event Ya.N. Ospanova, Prorecor on educational work, Candidate of Pedagogical Science, Docent and N. Tyrnhan, Chairperson of the Committee on the youth affairs, awarded the leaders of the Committee on the youth affairs with Letters of Thanks and certificates.

Professor, Doctor of philosophical Science T.K. Aitkazin also made a report about the role of the First President in establishing Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
