Nygymanova Nurbanu Tokenovna
Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor
Graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in 1999, specializing in “Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary School”. She began her teaching career in 2004 at the Eurasian Humanities Institute as a senior lecturer. In 2011, she was awarded the title of associate professor, then professor. Nyghymanova N.T. is the author of more than 60 scientific publications on the problems of higher education, primary school pedagogy, history of pedagogy and ethnopedagogy. Since 2021 she had been the Head of the Department of Pedagogy at the A. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute. Under the leadership of Nyghymanova N.T., educational programs are constantly being improved, international relations with universities in Turkey, Uzbekistan, Russia, etc. have been established, and the ties with employers are being strengthened.
Currently, she is the acting rector of the Eurasian Humanities Institute named after A.K. Kussayinov.
N.T. Nyghymanova defines the priority areas for the development of the Institute and its long-term strategy, ensures high quality of education and scientific activities, the introduction of innovations and support for scientific projects, the development of international cooperation and promotion of the Institute’s image, rational distribution of resources, and the creation of a comfortable learning environment.
For fruitful scientific and pedagogical work in training highly qualified personnel, N.T. Nyghymanova was awarded the Algys Khat of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the A. Baitursynov medal of the Association of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
