Guest lecture on the topic: “Corruption risks when bailiffs take measures for the enforcement of judicial acts”

On March 29, 2022, guest lecture was held for 1st year students of the educational program “Jurisprudence” by the head of the department, senior bailiff of the Department of Justice of Nur-Sultan Aziz Yeralievich Lesbekov on the topic: “Corruption risks when bailiffs take measures for the enforcement of judicial acts.”

During the lecture, questions regarding the procedure for the execution of judicial acts were revealed. Students asked their questions and received comprehensive answers.
