I choose life: HIV prevention among students

On September 14, 2023 within the walls of the A.K. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute the meeting was held with students and with the director of the “Step into the Future” organization of the Center for HIV Prevention in Astana Turymova A.T. and doctors of the department of prevention and socio-psychological assistance of the State Public Enterprise at the “City Clinic No. 3” of the Akimat of Astana. During the meeting, they discussed the prevention of HIV infection and drug addiction, and possible risks of HIV transmission. Particular attention was paid to developing young people’s commitment to HIV testing and tolerance towards people living with this disease.
