In Almaty city there was held the training seminar: “Organization of the psychological-pedagogical accompanying of the inclusive education in higher educational institutions of RK”

On 8-9 December 2016 there was held a training seminar “Organization of the psychological-pedagogical accompanying of the inclusive education in higher educational institutions of RK ” at the Scientific-practical centre “The Resource consulting centre on inclusive education for higher educational institutions of RK and preventive suicideology ” under the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay in Almaty. It was organized for the coordinators of higher educational establishments of the country. The Head of the psychological pedagogical service on accompanying the inclusive education of the Eurasian humanities Institute, A.T. Ayazbayeva, the senior teacher, Master of Social Science took part in the work of this seminar within the framework of improving qualification. According to the programme of the seminar there were the reports of: the Director of the Scientific-practical centre “The Resource consulting centre on the inclusive education for higher educational establishments and preventive suicideology” Z.A. Movkeyeva, Doctor of Pedagogical Science, Professor; T.I. Shulga, the Head of the Department of Social Psychology ( ГОУ ВПО МГОУ), Doctor of Psychological Science, Professor; P.A. Yusupdzhanova, Deputy Director of the centre of complex rehabilitation of invalids «Кенес», President of ОО «Youth organization of the people with limited opportunities «Жігер»; Zh. Medyarova , rehabiatologist of the Republican library for the blind and the citizens with poor sight, and also the specialists dealing with the problems of the inclusive education. The reporters of the seminar presented such urgent themes as: basic directions and perspectives of the activity of the Resource consulting centre on inclusive education for higher educational establishments of RK and preventive suicideology, psychological pedagogical accompanying of the inclusive education, social problems of the invalid students, material-technical and informative adaptive provision of the inclusive educational process at a higher educational establishment, modern technical facilities for the people with limited opportunities, organizational-pedagogical conditions of realizing the inclusive education at a higher educational establishment, recommendations on making up a plan for the development of the inclusive education at a higher educational establishment and collection of statistical data.

In the course of the seminar work there was conducted the training: “World in touch”, the peculiarity of which was being conducted in the dark. Such training, in the organizers’ opinion, allowed the participants to look upon the world through their own feelings and to get absorbed in environment of the people who could not see. The seminar participants implemented different tasks demanding active solution for their fulfillment. On the results of the training all participants gained experience of non-standard interactions and emotions. The participants of the seminar went on an excursion to the consulting – practical centre of accompanying the invalid students. On the completion of the seminar work the participants were given certificates.
