In EAGI the XVIII-th inter-university scientific conference of students and undergraduates “Science and the new generation – 2016” completed the work
On 14-15 April, 2016 the Eurasian Humanities Institute held the XVIII-th Inter-university scientific conference of students and undergraduates “Science and the New Generation – 2016”, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the conference is the formation of the holistic and at the same time structured view on the category “scientific research” and the organization of scientific communication between the students of different universities of Kazakhstan cities and the neighboring countries.
In the conference the students and undergraduates from different regions of Kazakhstan (Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, Arkalyk, Pavlodar and others) took part, as well as the students from the Russian Federation – the Leningrad State University named after A.S. Pushkin and the Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla.
The problems and the prospects of young scientists’ research in the field of pedagogy and psychology, social science and humanities (history, sociology, philosophy, etc.) Kazakh and Russian philology, foreign philology and translation major, law, economics and finance were discussed at the conference.
The conference was held under the following sections:
- Pedagogy and Psychology;
- Social and Humanities science: history, sociology, philosophy, social work, ecology, valueology;
- Kazakh and Russian philology;
- Foreign Philology and Translation Major;
- Law;
- Financial aspects of the modern economy.
According to the results of the conference the recommendations aimed at improving the conditions for research of young scientists, the formation of scientific space, the formation and further development of scientific potential of students and masters of the Republic of Kazakhstan were adopted.
At the end of the conference, the winners were awarded the diplomas of I, II, III degrees and the prizes for the best and interesting reports.
The Institute will publish the prize-winners’ reports in the Collection “Materials of the XVIII-th Inter-university scientific conference of students and undergraduates “Science and the New Generation – 2016”, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
