On 5th December 2018 there was held a broad meeting of the Scientific-methodical Council of the Institute of Legislature of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On 5th December 2018 on the base of the Academy of the State Management under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan there was held a broad meeting of the Scientific –methodical Council of the Institute of Legislature on discussing the results of the fundamental and applied scientific research of the Department of the international legislature and comparative jurisprudence on the theme: “Implementation of the norms of international negotiations in the sphere of human rights (civil and political rights) in the Legislature of the Republic of Kazakhstan” On the results of the done research there were formulated a number of conclusions and recommendations for improving the national legislature of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of human rights which were represented within this meeting.

In the work of the meeting there took part the teachers of the Department of Law disciplines: the CJSc, Docent Ye. V. Krushinskaya and the MJSc., the senior teacher A.M. Aitkulova.
