Open Seminar «Kazakhstan in the years of the Great Patriotic War»

On 17-th March 2021within the obligatory discipline “Modern History of Kazakhstan” the C.H.Sc., Docent of the Department of Pedagogy Dzhanpeyissova M.M. conducted the open  seminar in the academic group ЮР-20-01 on the

theme: «Kazakhstan in the years of the Great Patriotic War»

At the seminar a group of the students (Samuratov D., Salemzhuarov G., Kuanyshev R., Alimhan B.) prepared the informational presentation about the participation of our fellow countrymen in the main battles of the war applying the new knowledge and facts. The students also spoke about the history of the Turkestan legion, the fate of M. Chokay, participation of the Kazakhstani people in the movement of Resistance.

The students also presented essays about the participation of their relatives in the Great Patriotic War and in the rear. The address of the students to the film of Sh. Aimanov “The Earth of the Fathers” was the additional historical source where there was represented an interesting interpretation of the war theme through the prism of the spiritual comprehending of the notion “Motherland”.
