Reporting conference of master students of the 1-st course on the major: “Philology”

On 18-th March 2021 there was held a reporting conference on the results of the master students’ practice of the 1-st course on the major “Philology”, on the programs “The Russian Language in a  foreign audience” of the Kazakhstani Branch of the MSU named after M.V. Lomonosov

During the whole month the master students passed the pedagogical practice on the base of the Eurasian Humanities Institute. The representatives of the Department of Philology, the master students and their supervisors (Kazina R.A., Zhumsakbayev A.T., Malikova Zh.D.)  took part at the reporting conference in order to take stock of practice.

The greeting speech was made by the Head of the Department of Philology of the Branch: Doctor of Philology Galina Ivanovna Vlasova. She noted that in spite of a lot of quarantine restrictions and the distance learning the practice was a success.

The master students, conducting the on-line lessons, marked the specificity of the work on the new platforms (OES, ZOOM, Platonus), which are used by the Institute for distance learning. The master students: Juliya Zimodra and Zarina Kunbayeva shared their opinions about the complexity of interaction off-line with the students of the 1-st course. But generally, the practice made a great impact on them, and they were going to continue their pedagogical activity. The Methodists of the Institute: Aman Tursungaziyevich Zhumsakbayev and Zhanar Dauletovna Malikova noted that the trainees had certain potential of teaching at the universities and they would succeed in it.

The master students expressed great gratitude and thanks to the supervisors and the organizers of practice for the opportunity to receive their first professional experience in the Eurasian Humanities Institute.
