Seminar “Use of IT technologies in the field of translation studies”

On January 24, 2023, the training seminar “Using IT technologies in the field of translation studies” was held in online format for 2nd year students of the educational program 6В02307 – “Translation Major” at the Department of Foreign Languages. The speaker was graduate of the Eurasian Humanities Institute E. A. Bocharov. Evgeniy Aleksandrovich spoke about the use of IT technologies, both in translation and interpreting, provided the list of online RSI translation platforms, and also spoke in detail about the advantages of CAT systems in the work of a translator. At the end of the speech, the students asked their questions and received comprehensive answers from a professional.
