Profession specification:

• Translation-interpretation (written translation of the texts and documents of different styles, oral interpretation of  negotiations, international meetings, conferences);
• organizational (arranging and conducting different events, creating professional and social organizations);
• production-managerial  (management or execution of professional obligations (different types of translation) in corresponding sub-divisions of native, foreign and joint enterprises and organizations);
• informational-analytical (making a social-political analysis, writing business correspondence, reports, reviews, situation prognoses, editing translations);
• scientific-researching (collection and working out practical material, preparation of reports and articles on the issues of translation studies and intercultural communication).

Labour Market: the objects of professional activity of the graduates are: cultural institutions, international organizations, different informational analytical services, Ambassies and representations, Ministries, agencies on tourism, publishing houses, agencies on translation and other organizations and enterprises.
