At the National Academic library of RK the personal library Hall of Tursynbek Kakishev has been opened

On 7 September at the National Academic library of the Republic of Kazakhstan there was opened the Hall «Ғалым» – the hall of the personal library of the honorary worker of science of RK, the honorary Academician of the International Academy of sciences of a higher school Tursynbek Kakishev.

The personal library of the scientist who died in 2015 accounts for five thousand books on humanities sciences and includes valuable archive documents about the life and activity of such famous Kazakh writers as: Saken Seifullin and Sabit Mukanov. The library was presented with 83 documentary files containing the manuscripts of the scientist, the archive documents and other materials.

The personal library of Tursynbek Kakishev was presented by his wife – Doctor of Philological Science, Professor Kulyash Sadykkyzy Akhmed.

DPh.Sc., Professor of the Department of the Kazakh and Russian Philology of the Eurasian Humanities Institute R.S. Turysbek and the students of the 4-th course of the specialty: “The Kazakh language and Literature” took part at this event.
