The lecture within the framework of the social project: “Complex of the events on the actual issues of religion in the youth environment” in EAGI

On 20 April 2017 at the Eurasian Humanities Institute there was a lecture within the framework of the social project “Complex of the events on the actual issues of religion in the youth environment”г which is realized by the support of the Department on the issues of the youth policy of Astana city. The lecturers at this event were: наиб имам of the mosque Hazret Sultan, theologist Bakytzhan Utkelbayev, Director of the tele-radio-complex Hikmet TV of ДУМК  Yerbolat Aitbayuly, religion instructor, Docent of the Department of Religion Studies of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University Kenshilik Tyshkhan and also the Prorector on the educational and scientific work of the Eurasian Humanities Institute K.A. Akhmetov.

In this event more than 200 people took part, among them there were representatives of the civil institutions, state employees, the youth and the employees of the Eurasian Humanities Institute. In the course of the meeting the experts had an opportunity to represent their reports on this theme and on the completion of the event there was an open dialogue in the course of which there were discussed the issues interesting for the contemporary youth.

The aim of this project is improvement of the religious literacy, preventive measures against religious extremism among the population, protection from the negative influence on the public consciousness with the help of propaganda of the cultural heritage and traditions.
