The Solemn initiation of first-year students of the Eurasian Humanities Institute

On November 11, 2022 the festive event dedicated to the solemn ceremony of Initiation of first-year students of the Eurasian Humanities Institute was held at the Palace of Schoolchildren named after Al-Farabi. According to a long-established tradition, the EAGI anthem was played at the beginning of the ceremony.

The congratulatory speech was made by the Rector of EAGI, Сandidate of psychological sciences, Professor Issmailov A.D. and Vice-Rector for Educational Work, Candidate of pedagogical sciences, Professor Ospanova Ya.N., who wished the students successful studies, the acquisition of relevant knowledge and practical skills, active participation in the student, in scientific and production work, urged them to use every opportunity provided to become competent specialists and true professionals in their field. They also announced the results of the Republican competition of research works of students of higher educational institutions, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The solemn ceremony of initiation was attended by first-year students: Kuanyshova Inkar, Seifullin Marat, Auganbay Zhandaulet, Amangeldy Dilnaz and Arystangali Bekzhan, who traditionally uttered the words of the student’s oath from the stage. And students – undergraduates, leaders of student government: Auganbayuly Bekzat, Baimurzinova Elvira, Grishukevich Natalya, Baltabay Miras and Malyutina Marina, who addressed the first-year students with parting words. Dean of the institute, candidate of pedagogical sciences, docent Kemaykina T.N. handed over to the newly minted first-year students the symbols of student life – the student card and the key to knowledge. Then all those present sang the student anthem Gaudeamus.

At the end of the event, creative, musical and instrumental congratulations were heard for the heroes of the occasion – first-year students.
