Through Reading to Identity

On 16 September at the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhsta within the framework of the International Congress of the librarians: “Peace. XX-th century. Through Reading to Identity.” the public lecture: «Хакім Абай даналығы» took place, in which the students of the specialty: “The Kazakh Language and Literature”, took part.

Zhabal Shoyinbet, the national Abay-learner, Director of the Scientific-Research Institute “Abay”(under the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay) told about the creative work of Great Abay in an interesting way.

Within the framework of the Congress under the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports the presentation of the books: «Абайдың дана сөздері» и «Абайдың қара сөздерінің ерекшеліктері», edited by the Scientific-Research Institute “Abay”, took place.

Such events are important for future philologists as far as they allow not only widening the borders of theoretical knowledge but encouraging the spiritual development of the learners.
