On 24 January the Department on academic issues and accreditation of EAGI organized a seminar and training for the teachers of the specialties “Education” on the introduction of the updated content of education in the Kazakhstani schools according to the experience of teaching of the Nazarbayev Intellectual school. At the seminar a particular attention was paid to the cognition of new goals and tasks in the updated content and the technology of teaching, new forms of assessment, the content of the updated SESE. There was discussed the problem of training the graduates of educational specialties of the Institute and their readiness for the changes of the program and methodical provision of the educational process, the goals and methods of the pedagogical activity in the context of the updated content of the secondary education.
Within the framework of the seminar the associated professors Ospanova A.S., Nakipbekova R.U. organized training on the formation and development of the teacher’s competences under the updated content of education. This training was conducted in a lively atmosphere and ended in discussing the urgent issues. As for the associated professors Nakipbekova R.U. and Ospanova A.S., they had recently undertaken the refresher course of the TS of regional pedagogical higher educational establishments on the updated content of teaching (Kaz NPU named after Abay, 8-9 January). As a result, there was the exchange of opinions of the Institute teachers on the introduction of new approaches to planning of the content of education, training of graduates, future teachers, to the new aspects of pedagogical activity.
