LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO A.K. KUSSAYINOV EURASIAN HUMANITIES INSTITUTE (EAGI)
- a document confirming general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary, or higher education(original and copy);
- an identity documentof the applicant, legal representative, or authorized representative (if acting under a power of attorney) (original and copy);
- a birth certificate(for applicants under the age of 18) (original and copy);
- four (4) passport-sized photographs (3× 4 cm);
- a Medical Certificate (Form No. 075/у)approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020 dated 30 October 2020 (original and copy);
- fluorography (chest X-ray) results(original and copy);
- a Medical Certificate (Form No. 063/у)(original and copy);
- the2026 Unified National Testing (UNT) Certificate;
- an academic transcript/extract(for applicants to higher education programs requiring special preparation, including programs in the field of Education Sciences) (original and copy);
- a State Educational Grant Certificate(if applicable);
- documents confirming eligibility for admission preferences, quotas, or benefits(original and copy);
- a copy of the military ID(for applicants who have completed compulsory military service) (original and copy);
- a tuition payment receipt(copy only, for fee-paying applicants);
- the applicant’s Electronic Digital Signature (EDS)(or that of the legal representative if applicable).
Notes
- Documents issued in a foreign language must be accompanied by a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian.
Electronic copies of all documents in PDF format are required for online registration.
LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION/TRANSFER TO THE DUAL EDUCATION PROGRAM
The selection of students for participation in the dual education program is based on the results of an interview and the submission of the following additional documents together with the standard admission package:
- A certificate of employment of the applicant/student.
- A tripartite agreement with the educational institution.
- A certificate from the mentor employed at the same organization as the applicant/student.
- A copy of the mentor’s qualification certificate confirming the awarded professional category (minimum five years of work experience).
LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION OF INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS TO EAGI
1. Educational Documents
- a document confirming general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary, or higher education(original and a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian);
- a Recognition (Nostrification) Certificatefor the educational document issued by the Republic of Kazakhstan (to be obtained after arrival in Kazakhstan or within the prescribed period through a Public Service Center (PSC)).
2. Identity Documents
- a passport(valid for at least five years from the expected date of admission/enrolment) (original and a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian);
- a birth certificate(for applicants under 18 years of age) (original and a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian);
- an identity document of the legal representative(if applicable);
- a certificate confirming Kandas status, duly apostilled or legalized through a consular office,depending on the country of issuance.
3. Medical Documents
- Medical Certificate (Form No. 075/y)(original and copy);
- Vaccination Record (Form No. 063/y)(original and copy);
- fluorography (chest X-ray) results(original and copy);
- an HIV/AIDS Test Certificate;
- a General Health Certificate,if required under the regulations of the applicant’s country of departure.
4. Additional Documents
- four (4) passport-sized photographs (3 × 4 cm);
- a Police Clearance Certificateissued by the applicant’s country of citizenship (apostilled or legalized and accompanied by a notarized translation);
- the Unified National Testing (UNT) Certificate(for applicants with Kandas status);
- a tuition fee payment receipt(for fee-paying applicants);
- an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS)(if required for online application submission).
Important
- All foreign documents must be accompanied by a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian.
- Depending on the country of issuance, documents must be apostilled or legalized through the appropriate consular authorities.
- EAGIreserves the right to request additional documents where necessary to verify the authenticity of the submitted documents.
