On April 28, 2026, as part of the “Russian Language” course, students at the EAGI met with Kazakhstani scientist Galymzhan Gabdreshev.
The topics of the meeting—“Scientists of Kazakhstan” and “The Role of Science in Society”—sparked keen interest among the students. The speaker shared his professional journey, discussed the importance of science in the modern world, and explained how innovation can influence societal development.
Special attention was given to his achievements on the international stage, including receiving a prestigious UN award at the World Summit Awards. This served as a vivid example of how perseverance, belief in one’s ideas, and a thirst for knowledge lead to global recognition.
