A meeting was held at the A.K. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute between M.A. Baitanaeva, Head of the Career and Dual Education Centre, and first-year students enrolled under state educational grants and grants provided by the local executive body of Astana.
The main purpose of the meeting was to inform students about the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the mandatory employment obligation following graduation for recipients of state educational grants. The meeting addressed the categories of graduates subject to this obligation, the timeframes for fulfilling it, and the consequences of non-compliance.
Particular attention was paid to the professional development of future specialists, employment opportunities, and the role of the Career and Dual Education Centre in supporting students and graduates at every stage of their professional development.
The participants received detailed explanations on matters of interest and were introduced to the Centre’s principal areas of activity aimed at facilitating employment and supporting the successful professional fulfilment of the Institute’s graduates.
Such events contribute to improving students’ legal awareness, fostering a responsible attitude towards studying under a state educational grant, and encouraging informed planning of their future careers.
