EAGI at the IX Eurasian Forum: Artificial Intelligence, Digitalization and Quality of Higher Education

On September 18, 2026, representatives of A.K. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute, led by Rector N.T. Nygymanova, participated in the IX Eurasian Forum on Higher Education Quality Assurance titled “Artificial Intelligence and Digitalization,” organized by the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA).

The annual Eurasian Forum is one of the important international professional platforms for dialogue in the field of higher education quality assurance. This year, the Forum brought together representatives of higher education institutions from Kazakhstan, China, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, as well as national and international experts and specialists in education quality assurance.

The Forum addressed key issues related to the integration of artificial intelligence into the educational process, the digital transformation of higher education, academic integrity, contemporary mechanisms for internal and external quality assurance, the development of micro-credentials, the enhancement of educational programmes, and international accreditation practices.

The experience and recommendations shared by international experts focused on identifying new approaches to ensuring the quality of higher education amid the rapid development of artificial intelligence and on the effective application of digital technologies.

The participation of A.K. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute representatives in the Forum contributes to exploring international best practices, further enhancing the Institute’s internal quality assurance system, and introducing modern digital solutions into the educational process.
