The memorandum was signed by Brad Bodenhausen, vice president for public relations and global partnerships at the University of Missouri and the Rector of the A.K. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute Issmayilov Amangheldy Dzhaksylykovich. The official meeting was attended by Jennifer Johnson, Director of the Teacher Training Programs at the English Language Institute at the University of Missouri, as well as Theo Ammari, PhD, Senior Lecturer at the Center for Academic Development (assessment) at the University of Sunderland, London.
