On December 10, 2025, the Department of Economical and Mathematical disciplines held a round table meeting with representatives of business structures on the topic: “The labor market: new opportunities for graduates.”
The speakers at the round table were: the head of the Esil business incubator, Zh. Akpanova, and a participant in the startup business incubation program, N. Abilgaziyeva.
The purpose of the event was to analyze the current requirements of the labor market in the financial sector and identify new employment opportunities for graduates.
During the round table, issues such as trends in the development of the financial sector in the context of digitalization, new types of professions in the field of finance (financial analyst, risk manager, financial technology specialist), and the development of financial technologies in the era of artificial intelligence were discussed.
The event concluded with the identification of promising areas of employment. Students were able to obtain information about the current requirements of the labor market.
