On October 1, 2026, first- through third-year students in the “Kazakh Language and Literature” educational program visited the “ALZHIR” Museum and Memorial Complex.
During the tour, the students learned about the history of the camp, its exhibits, unique documents, and valuable artifacts that reflect the tragic chapters of Kazakhstan’s history.
The tour served as an important educational and formative experience for the students. It allowed them to broaden their horizons, gain a deeper understanding of the country’s historical past, and foster a greater interest in national values and the country’s historical and cultural heritage.
