On October 9, 2026, a curatorial hour entitled “Vandalism: The Destruction of Cultural and Public Values” was held for academic group YUR-25-01. The hour was conducted by G. A. Kanafinа, Candidate of Legal Sciences and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Legal Disciplines.
The aim of the event was to foster students’ respect for public and private property, improve their legal awareness, prevent acts of vandalism, and encourage a sense of personal responsibility for their actions.
During the hour, students learned about the concept and types of vandalism and discussed its causes, consequences, and the legal liability предусмотренная by law. The participants concluded that the preservation of public property and cultural values depends on the awareness and active civic engagement of every individual.
