From April 22 to May 6, 2026, under an academic mobility agreement, Professor G.D. Tazhbenova and Docent B.B. Mazhitova conducted online classes on the subjects “Management and Inclusion” and “Financial Markets and Institutions” at the International University of Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek) for third-year students in the “Finance” program.
During the classes, modern approaches to inclusive management, the specifics of creating an inclusive educational and organizational environment, as well as current issues in the functioning of financial markets, modern trends in their development, and the role of financial institutions in the context of the digitalization of the economy were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the practical aspects of analyzing financial instruments and developing students’ professional competencies.
Participation in the academic mobility program contributes to strengthening international cooperation, developing scientific potential, and improving the quality of education. Conducting classes within the framework of this program has become an important step in expanding professional ties, exchanging experience, and implementing modern educational practices.
