Ahead of International Translation Day, Docent of the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation Studies G. U. Abdrakhmanova and Docent of the Department N. L. Sulyatetskaya, who is responsible for practical training within the Translation Studies educational program, visited the institute’s partner organizations and employers.
On behalf of the management of A. K. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute and the Department, the lecturers congratulated the staff of the organizations on the upcoming professional holiday and presented letters of congratulations from Rector N. T. Nygymanova. During the meetings, the lecturers expressed their gratitude to the partners for many years of fruitful cooperation, support provided to students during their practical training, and contribution to the professional development of future translators.

During the visits, the lecturers learned more about the organization of work at the companies and institutions and met with graduates of the Translation Studies educational program. It is particularly encouraging to note that some graduates continued their professional careers at the department’s partner organizations after successfully completing their practical training.
