On October 27, 2026, the A. K. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute held an open dictation entitled “Constitutional Literacy.”
The initiative aims to enhance students’ legal awareness, foster civic responsibility, and strengthen respect for the country’s Constitution. The dictation covers issues related to human rights and freedoms, the protection of privacy, the value of education, and responsibility towards future generations.
For students, participation in the dictation provided an opportunity to assess their writing skills and reflect on how constitutional values relate to everyday life, including studying, communication, behaviour in the digital environment, and participation in society.
Knowing your rights, respecting the rights of others, and taking responsibility for your own actions — this is where putting the principle of “Law and Order” into practice begins.
