On September 29, 2026, E. V. Krushinskaya, Academic Advisor, together with students from the YUR and YURT 26-01 academic groups, held a discussion on the “Law and Order” concept as the ideological foundation of the rule-of-law state in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the event, participants examined the main goals and objectives of the concept, which aims to achieve tangible social, economic, and legal outcomes, strengthen the principle of legality in Kazakhstani society, and uphold the rule of law.
Particular attention was paid to strict compliance with legal requirements by all citizens, the inviolability of human rights and freedoms, equality before the law, and the inevitability of legal liability.
The students showed keen interest in the topic and actively participated in the discussion. They prepared presentations and reports, asked questions, exchanged views, and shared their own perspectives.
